I understand that Beyond Boundaries is a community-based adaptive wellness class focused on gentle movement, connection, and inclusion. Participation is voluntary, and activities are designed to be approachable and self-paced. I acknowledge that Developmental Therapy Center and BDY Studios will provide guidance and thoughtful activity modifications to promote a safe and positive experience. I agree to communicate any support needs or concerns to staff so that we can work together to support success. I understand that this class is recreational in nature and is not intended to replace therapy or medical services. I agree to release and hold harmless Developmental Therapy Center, BDY Studios, their instructors, ambassadors, volunteers, and staff from claims or liabilities that may arise from participation in this recreational wellness activity, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. I understand that the caregiver must remain present during the entire class and is responsible for supervision and support needs.
