PHYSICAL therapy

How can our physical therapy services help you or an adult in your life?

DTC offers physical therapy services for adults with cognitive impairments and traumatic brain injuries. At Developmental Therapy Center, Inc., physical therapists aim to enhance safe movement and functional mobility for patients with a variety of diagnoses. Treatment programs for adults typically consist of stretching, strengthening, endurance, balance, and coordination activities. During physical therapy sessions, the therapist will collaborate with the patient and/or caregiver to target specific movement concerns and share appropriate education to promote normalization of movement within different environments.

You or an adult in your life may benefit from physical therapy services if you experience one or more of the following:

  • Changes in balance or frequent falls
